Our returns policy lasts for 21 days from the date you receive the item (this includes any pre-order items).
If time has exceeded 21 days we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition in which the item was received. It must also be in original packaging, with a note specifying reason for return.
Several items do not qualify for a return these include: Hats, Car Stickers, Air Fresheners, Sun-strips. unless faulty.
To complete your return we require proof of purchase.
There are situation where only partial refunds will be available(if applicable) these include:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts or not in original packaging that are not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after date of delivery.
- A refund will not be given if we deem the damage to be from an Accidental/Malicious reason(s).
Once we received your item(s) and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you whether we will issue a refund/reject a refund. If eligible for a refund we will process the refund and credit the original payment method used for initial purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days to appear on your account.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days, please contact your original payment method, there may be delays on their behalf, if you have done this and you still haven’t received your refund please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, only Full Price items and be refunded, any sale item(s) are not eligible for a refund.
Please email before you process your returns in case there is anything we can help with before sending your item(s) back.
If the item was bought for you as a gift, once the returns item is received/inspected we will email a Credit Note to email address supplied.
You are liable for paying your returned item(s) shipping costs, unless faulty.
If you change your mind or require an exchange you will be liable for paying returns postage fee's, we will cover the cost to send replacement item back out however this will then be sent 2nd Class Signed for.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if a refund is granted the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*We require you to use a trackable shipping method i.e: Signed for/Tracked.*
This is for your peace of mind to know we have received your item(s) and are carrying out the refund process.

*Please note, once your item(s) have been marked as fulfilled we cannot amend/cancel your order as processing time in some cases orders are packed & shipped within 12 hours.*
